Returns Policy

Product returns or credit must be pre-authorized by NeuroFormulas and can only be authorized if notified within 30 days from purchase.

Products are non-refundable if they have been opened, damaged, or written upon - unless if they are covered by our 100% Guarantee.

A copy of the invoice must be included with each return. Please call our Customer Service department for pre-authorization at (877) 316-4355.

Shipping

We can ship all NeuroScience supplements and Bezwecken products to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you are ordering outside of the United States, please email sales@neuroformulas.com to place your order.

Product orders are sent via Priority Mail (3-5 days).
